“I want it to be a Surprise” To be sure the recipient is available to receive the flowers, we may need to call ahead.

Leaving it up to chance, or leaving the flowers at the door, is not advisable… especially in the winter! We understand that you might want it to ‘be a surprise’… so we won’t tell the recipient who the bouquet is from if we need to call ahead.

Secured delivery Calling ahead also informs the recipient that we’re on our way & soon to arrive at their door.
